I think it's just plain stupid to deny somebody help, because he can't speak english. I understand the necessity for this company to only support people in english in order to minimize your work.
But there a lot of users who are willing to help in other languages. Why are you telling them (and this is exactly what you are telling them) to stfu. If somebody needs help in Africaans and this board has a member who can speak Africaans and is willing to help, why shouldn't he?
If you want to get rid of posts which are not in english, make a seperate forum and name it "Inofficial support for other languages" or "members helping members" for god's sake. I hate writing to someone dualy just to answer a question which could've been easy to answer in his native language. And we would get rid of this poor googly translations which are not helping at all.
