Your case is similar to this other one:

It's supposed you are using XP, you need to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. There is a full thread about this:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002).

After checkin the first few pages of forum issues I saw nothing like this.

I have updated Direct X, System drivers and sound drivers.

    Unhappy Help, very necessary.

When I turn on TS3 shows the error and writes ...
Application failed to initialize (0xc0150002). To exit the application, click "OK".

    What to do?

    (0xc0150002).Unable to start teamspeak3

I have now spent two hours. Trying to use google and search other posts.
System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit
    Processor: Intel Core i5 450M (2.4GHz, 3MB L3 cache, dual-core)
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 425M 1GB

    Acer Aspire 5745DG

Had an old installation of Teamspeak 3. "Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002).click on ok to terminate the application" On startup. Almost immediately after starting teamspeak 3.

Installed Visual (Tried with 2008 aswell with reboot but no luck. SP1)

Ah, I got your back OP. This error message I recognize.

It happens when you try to start an application compiled against RTI dotnet libraries in a system where the "Visual StudioŽ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update" is not installed.

    Basically, in english, you need
the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update installed on the machine where you are running the client.

    Get it here:
