Client Move Power and Channel Groups

I'm trying to set up the following scenario:

Users can get access to channels by being in the "Channel-Member" channel group for those specific channels. When a user is a "channel member", they should have permission to move other users (guests) into their channel.

So, I assigned "Channel-Member" client move power 50. The Guest group has client needed move power 25, the normal group has client needed move power 50.

Now, I have a user A who has the "Channel Member" group for channel A. But he can't move another user B into channel A. When I assign the "Normal" server group (the only server group user A is a member of) client move power 50 (like channel group "Channel-Member" already has), it works. Without it, it doesn't.

Any ideas what could be wrong here?

There is currently a bug with channel groups that causes two incorrect behaviours:

1. A client must be INSIDE the channel to use their channel group permissions.
2. A client will have their channel group permissions in the whole server instead of just that channel.

This should be fixed with next beta.
