if you minimize ts3 client and have to kill explorer process and restart it, ts3 client will not be viewable again, even though the process is still running in task manager, as it is not shown in the taskbar anymore...

Perhaps it's just minimized to the system tray?

the problem when you kill and restart explorer is anything in the systray is no longer shown, even if its still running, only things that are started after explorer's restart will be shown in the systray. Maybe there should be an option to minimize to taskbar instead of always minimizing to systray, though I think the bigger problem for you is why do you have explorer crashing, thats usually an indication of a big problem that needs to be fixed asap
