Teamspeak3 can not write to comfig. files...

When I open TS3 I get this message "TeamSpeak can not write to configuration file: C:/Program Files/TeamSpeak 3 Client/config/ts3clientul_qt.conf You can use TeamSpeak 3, but all settings will be lost!"
How do I get TeamSpeak to load correctly on my computer? I have Windows 7.
    Thanks
    Deangolfer

Try to start TS3 as admin. Use "run as Administrator".

did you check the read/write permissions on the folder where teamspeak stores the config files?

This happens when old setup was set to global config and new setup says load config from home dir.

Try to move the config folder out of C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamSpeak 3 Client
Or reinstall the client setting global config again.

    ts3clientui_qt.conf error

when i open ts3 this error message appears :
    ''teamspeak 3 cannot write to the configuration file: C:/Program Files/Teamspeak 3 Client/ts3clientui_qt.conf
you can use teamspeak 3, but all setting will be lost!''

and actually all settings (volume, bookmarks and everything) are lost when i close it.
i checked C:/Program Files/Teamspeak 3 Client/ and there's nothing there, s3clientui_qt.conf does not exist... i tried to redownload it and reinstall it .. but nothing change; someone can help me ?

    ts3 .conf

do as others say "run as administrator"
    -OR-
I went to my TS3 folder and right clicked to open up properties, SECURITY tab, groups or users names...
make sure you have FULL CONTROL, even if your the admin, edit Users(yourname or computer/users).
I checked full control and no longer do i have to run as admin....
