You have to assign a channel group to the users in their channel.

TeamSpeak FAQ || What should i report, when i open a client thread?
There are A Permissions and B Permissions.
I want to be able to access the A permission only to the A channel, and the B permission to only the B channel.
How can I prevent them from entering each other's channels?

You use channel group(s) or channel-client permissions.

Our TS3 is set up as follows
There are multiple Officer Server Groups. Each Officer is given an Office Server Group as well
Captain in Recruitment or Lieutenant in Combat for example
Each Office SG has a corresponding Channel, so Combat Channel for Combat Officers, etc.
Using the numbered permission system (Channel > Access > Channel Join Power), how can I make it where only Office SG's can access their respective Channels?
I do not want Recruitment SG's in Combat Office, etc.
When I try to implement this as a tiered system (understanding overlap of permissions is necessary due to the way numbers work), an issue develops where the SG's cannot access their channels at all (Even though Channel Join Power and Needed Channel Join Power match on the Office SG's and Channel Permissions for the respective offices.
What am I doing wrong and how is it rectified?

You asked this last October (post #90) already and I replied.
The solution hasn't changed.
