Help:- How can I backup all my hard work Please ?

Hello, I am running TS3 server on my LAN and I wish to know what I need to back up to save the way I have setup my home TS3 server please, as I am new to TS3 and there is NO doccumentation on this product, so I am only using on a trial and error basis to learn how to use TS3, exploring my way through it trying out different things to see what happens, any help appreciated !

    Cheers MagicBytes

Same as TS2. The database contains everything you want to have on hand.

There are documentations about the Product in the doc Folder. Anyway all you need to do is backup the ts3server.sqlitedb File in the Server Directory.

Since you have root access and if your using the default sqlite3 database, just stop your TS3 server and zip or rar that dir, then restart your server. It's fast and you get everything! I've been doing this since beta 1 and it's saved my #[email protected] a few times. I always zip or rar after I've made changes that work or I've made a lot of changes, just don't forget to shut down the server or it will not zip or rar because the database is in use. You can do the same with a mysql database except you have to do a backup with your database admin software for the database and still zip or rar the dir so you get any custom changes to files like the .ini & whitelist etc..
