If your talking about the license key licensekey.dat, it goes in the main server dir. If you don't have a licensekey.dat then you need to acquire one as a NPO (non profit Org), ATHP or keep using the server without license which will limit you to 32 slots. For more info on Licensing contact https://sales.teamspeakusa.com/index.php

    hope this helps

If the licensekey.dat file is damaged, it won't work. Did you get a email from Triton with your licensekey.dat file as a attachment?

It should of been a attachment. You should get a new licensekey.dat because that file is not just a test doc. Make sure your email client is allowing your attachment.
