Can Someone Please Help, Do I Have to Apply for a New TS3 NPO license? am i allowed to Apply For Another NPO License?, If I remember correctly im not allowed to to avoid scamming/trying to get more than your fair share of servers. I have attached the (log) File (UNEDITED) to this post if you want to view (as evidence to what is happening). please help.

EDIT: Also, Can Someone Give me the instructions on how to make A .bat & .ini file for the TS3 Server. (That Might Be Part Of The Problem, IDK)

    Thanks In Advanced,

How many Servers(physical Machines, different Server Installations) are using your Licensekey.dat File?
How many Slots did you enter across all your VirtualServers?

The Error just means you are having more Slots running than what the License allows for. You might also find some Info / Solution by reading this Thread

I was running Only 1 server, on my Home PC, (1 PC), right after re-installing TS3 Server Win. 32 Bit, I had just re-created the Server, and it crashes if i have the License file in the Server Installation folder... didnt even edit the slots or anything...

EDIT: Just Booted Up Server, Runs Fine Now.... idk, but whatever i did fixed it..
