0.0.0.0 must be the internal IP.

The external Ip of your Server is this where you connect to administrate it.

0.0.0.0 is the address an app will bind to to bind to ALL addresses on the network interfaces.

To find the IP address of your machine run ifconfig -a and find your ethernet adapter, or you could do a netstat -an and find the address with a gateway of all 0's...
