    Need some help with a Celt mono bug

    So ive installed a Ts3 server and me and some friends are using it a lot.

    Recently - (dont know what it is related to) the Celt mono codec seem to have been broken.

    Im on linux and my friends are on windows 7 (i also have an XP machine).

    The Bug is that when we are in a channel with the Celt Mono codec noone can hear eachother and i see the 'mic activated' icon on them blinking rapidly when their trying to speak.
    Also - my linux command line shows hundreds of occurances (im guessing one each blink of their microphones) of
    Code:
    notification: uint decode error

    So i did some more testing and it seems like windows xp to windows 7 comunication works, Windows 7 to windows 7 doesn't; and neither windows 7 OR xp to linux works.

    i blow at explaining so made this working/not working thing down there

    Windows 7 <-> xp
    Windows 7 <-> Windows 7
    Windows 7 <-> Linux (kubuntu)
    Windows xp <-> linux (kubuntu)

    Also, everything works fine with Speex (all options).

    I have tried setting the different quilityes on the codec but it has no effect

    Edit:
    With the help of the users below, the list looks like this

    Windows 7 <-> xp
    Windows 7 <-> Windows 7
    Windows 7 <-> Linux (kubuntu)
    Windows xp <-> linux (kubuntu)

    Haven't been able to test win 7 <-> win 7 yet, but im sure that works too

    if I am not wrong, they changed CELT codec in some beta release. check versions of a clients, and get them to latest(download page)/unrecommended(files on ftp server) version.

    and like i said in my other 2 posts. i gave them the ONE right the ONE right they need they dont need any other rights but b_channel_modify_description

    they dont need the channel_create_with_description all they need is the b_channel_modify_description right and i have it selected. also i have password and name selected and they can edit those but for description they cant! but if i actually select it in the "Client permissions" by putting in their UID than they can do it.. Its f(u)cked. so help plz
