You are a very negative person. You need to try to keep in mind that not all users are skilled in the use of computers, let alone managing to install and configure services. Instead of being abusive of other users you could try to point them in the right direction.

To answer the questions for those that still need information on how to properly get this running as a Windows service and actually working without issues upon reboot without using third party products. Frankb put it best in the http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=26266 post. Thanks to him for actually taking the time to provide useful information instead of just being another grumpy person that has nothing better to do then post negative remarks about people that just don't quite get how some of this stuff works.

When you provide a written step-by-step instructions and hear the same question the other day, what is your answer?

Why should a developer help here?
We do not support "running the server as a service under windows".

Please use a linux server if you want that.

This has nothing to do with this thread. but the answer is clear.
Windows users without knowledge of linux like to use windows server. It's something they use every day.
