How about recoding the script yourself to fit to TS3?
Or contact the original author, maybe they have it for TS3 or will make it.

list virtual server / Server IP - Port / User Online -max User / Uptime

if you select a server then popups a tsviewer

it seems to be quite simple with teamSpeak 3 php framework...but I am not familiar with php.

    something like that http://php.gryphonllc.com/gllcts2/listing.php

    no design Majors
    a simple design is enough

    A TS3 Desktop Gadget For Win7/Vista...

In case someone is looking for a TS3 desktop gadget for Windows7 or Vista, I rebuilt / repackaged one for my clan. You will have to paste your TS3 viewer code in the right place according to instructions. But otherwise it works very nicely.
