How do I assign icons to the channels and to players?

How do I assign icons to the channels and to players?

Hi
Navigate to client / channel permissions accordingly, filter for icon, double click the value field in "i_icon_id" and then double click one icon from the window that should pop up.

When I double click the value field a cursor shows up and doesn't go go a window.

Never seen that happening, but make sure you have the "b_icon_manage" permission.
