[Solved?, bug?] Request for info - Win7 dependencies

Teamspeak3 was working, then I had a crash (Win7 does crash) and now I get

<23:49:16> Trying to resolve hostname chatterbox.guild.com
<23:49:17> Trying to connect to server on chatterbox.guild.com:10055
<23:49:23> Failed to connect to server
<23:49:49> Trying to resolve hostname chatterbox.guild.com
<23:49:49> Trying to connect to server on chatterbox.guild.com:10055
<23:49:54> Failed to connect to server

Other network devices work and it looks like TS3 is resolving the name. I can ping the server and my XP box chats away with no problem. URL has been changed to protect the server.

I may have lost a service, what are the services TS3 depends on?
May I suggest a sticky with hard core information like that?
