I'm confused now. If you can connect to your server that means you know the correct IP/port. Do the other people who try to connect and fail use the same IP/port you do?

As for not being able to talk, I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to talk which is why I requested you PM me your server IP so I might join with you and try to figure it out. If I was able to join your server and you granted me the ability to view the permissions I could look over them. If you used the exact settings that were in the spreadsheet I posted then everyone should be able to speak unless the default channel has a needed_talk_power greater than 0.

Yes, they take the same port as me and they failed...
needed_talk_power greater than 0 is set like the spreadsheet...
Everything is the same as spreadsheet...
    I don't understand that'S all.

right click on the channel and select EDIT CHANNEL. In the bottom right under MISC you will see the talk power required for the channel. The default is 0.

This sounds like a capture issue then. In your settings under OPTIONS->CAPTURE does your test mic work? Have you tried using PTT or continuous voice?

Yeah that's pretty much what I needed. It looks like you are listed as a priority speaker. Not sure why you can't talk in that channel though. Without being able to see all your permissions I am not sure what else to say.
