    Question Clients been disconnected? (Log added)

    Hiya guys, I'm having a problem where someone will connect for about 10 seconds to the TS3 Server and then get disconnected. They then cannot rejoin for a while. Now what it seems from the log below is the client is connecting to port 9987 but receives port 9988 and then it seems their router firewall blocks this or something.

    Please can you have a look at the following a member took from their client and sent me, and any advise on what is happening and how to solve it would be great.

    Client log....

    Have the users tried to use port 9988 instead of 9987 when they connect?

    That's weird...
    Please try to bind your server an IP. Example paramter: voice_ip=123.134.128.124

    Hi Dante696 thanks for your reply.

    I have logged into TS3 via telnet but I am having an error when using the parameter voice_ip= my telnet log is below:

    Code:
    TS3
    login serveradmin ***password***
    error id=0 msg=ok
    voice_ip=192.168.2.27
    error id=256 msg=command\snot\sfound
    any ideas?

    And just to update whats happening only around 4-5 use my TS but what seems to be happening is if say person1(me) person 2 person3 are in TS person4 cant get in.

    If Person 1(me) Person4 are in Person3 or Person2 cant get in they get them messages i put above.

    the voice_ip parameter is in the ts3server.ini-file, you can't set it via telnet.
