    [Solved] rebooted server, now can't bind port

    I had to reboot my server (2003). When it came back online and I tried to start ts, it wouldn't.
    Here's the log.

    Hi, you are only showing us your TCP port usage, however the voice servers use UDP ports

    Ah HA!. Thanks for that. I don't what the heck happened, but when the server came back online dns.exe had opened up a few thousand ports and among those were 2 used by ts3. So I terminated dns.exe and all is well.
