    Solved tsviewer.com issue

since the hoster of tsviewer.com did not answered my e-mail i ask for support here.

tsviewer.com makes an unusual number of connections to my servers.
Sometimes i got 10 connections in not even a second..
i tried to add the ip to ip_blacklist but ts3 seemed to ignore the entry even with a server-restart.
i added a ban to the server`s banlist for the ip didnt work either...

so how can i prohibit tsviewer.com now to flood my system i cant remove the server cause tsviewer wants a password i dont know and somebody added my server there.

can i add a iptables entry to the input chain and tell iptables to drop or reject all connections from the tsviewer.com ipīs?

this wont solve my problem the ip still connects too often to my server i think i solved the problem by adding it to the input chain as drop rule.

i dont see any more connections in my serverlog.

That's the only Things you can do Server-Side.

So you have to wait for the Answer from them.

    Hello,

    I am a tsviewer.com user.

Tsviewer queries automatically each 15 minutes aprox (sometimes 14 others 16), 7 lines in the log server each virtual server declared.

Other queries, from the TSviewer website or from an embedded viewer, appear intercalated but only apply to a specific virtual server.

As you, I've not been able to prevent access from the "Ban List Dialog".

Each "tsviewer server viewer" has an identifier that appears in the server log ---> \sDBscan\sREG\sXyXyXy --> where XyXyXy is the identifier for the virtual server to be shown from
    http://www.tsviewer.com/index.php?pa...ewer&ID=XyXyXy

I think, you better contact again with tsviewer explaining your special situation and indicating all the identifiers you can unregister.

    Greetings.

Note: if you access to the server webpage in tsviewer
    http://www.tsviewer.com/index.php?pa...ewer&ID=XyXyXy
you will see who is the owner of the tsviewer account (the person thar register the access), for exemple:

As you can see, this is due to TsViewer.
If you do not want to see this information, you can disable it

If you have the last client version:
Bookmarks > Manage bookmarks > ...select your connection... > More (button) > uncheck box "Show ServerQuery Clients"
