Unable to Connect to Any Server [Blacklist timeout]

I am unable to connect to any server even the public servers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still get the same error. Here is what I am getting in the Client Log. Please help need TS!!!

Check to make sure a software/hardware firewall or anti-virus program are not interfering with TS. Based on what you posted it looks like TS is having issues checking the blacklist for your server.

I have windows XP sp2 32bit
installed and reinstalled TS, checked my firewall, tried to update the ts i got a error "failed to query last version of client server"
also tried to connet to the server of team speak and get the same thing of blacklist

Please post here your suggestions to get this fixed

After 30seconds when i connect to a server i always disconnect.After this i´m not able to connect again.
In the client protocoll stands:
ClientUI Info Autoreconnecting...
Info Blacklist check timeout
Please help and sorry for my bad english

Looks like all UDP packet is blocked.

For those who are having trouble with now trying to connect to a beta28 server using their beta29 client......

1. Uninstall Teamspeak
2. Reinstall beta26(c)
3. Test beta26(c) works (as per pete's comments beta26(c) still works on beta28(s)
4. Update your beta26(c)
5. Test beta29(c)

I have used this process with several people in my gaming community and it has been successful on all occasions! No firewalls needed to be disabled!
