Channel Admin kicking from channel without CA in Default

Hey,

how can i configurate it that a Channel Admin can kick others from his channel? Currently they need CA in the default channel too, because of
insufficient client permissions (gescheitert an i_client_move_power (21163/0x52AB))
CAs got 50 move power, but 999 isnt enough.

I used the search, but the only threads I found ended like "you need move power" and "cause you dont have CA in default"...
Well, as I said the CAs got 50 move power, Guests/Normals got 0 needed_move_power, so I dont know how to solve the problem.

on my server is easy fix, default channel - permissions> move power AND needed move power is set to 5.

I tried it, but it doesnt work. Same error.

Anyone who has a move power(in his channel) can also move user FROM_default channel to his channel.

It would be quite nice, if CAs can move users from default channel to their channel.

then I am afraid when you were trying to fix it you might made a more damage.
if its not a problem make a clean reinstall, and first thing do "my fix".
if it is problem .... Can I get address and check permissions?
