Is there a way to change notifications system
I want to setup simple text to speach that would notify me:

    1. User abc joined channel
    2. User abc left channel
    3. User abc was moved to channel
    4. User abc was kicked/ban

The thing that annoys me atm is that I hear: User abc left the channel and joined xxx channel.

p.s. Is it possible to lower notifications volume

You can select which notifications you want to hear in the TS client. If you don't like how long winded the voice is you can edit the default text to speech file to say whatever you'd like it to say.

What file is this I should be looking at? A quick browse through files turned up nothing for me.

I want to change the say("${clientname} joined your channel ${channelname} on ${servername} and appears")

    To only say("${clientname} joined ${channelname}")

In the default_speech folder you need to edit the settings.ini file.
