    Connection Problem virtual Server

I want to run a virtual TS3 Server on my Windows XP machine. So I downloaded the serverfiles and set the server up as i was told in the Video Tutorial.
I gave my XP Machine a static IP and than went to my router setup and forwarded Ports 9987(UDP) 30033(TCP) 10011(TCP).
I disabled the Windows Firewall so that the ports aren't blocked there.
There is no other Firewall installed on the computer.

But no one can connect to my Virtual Server. I verified my external IP with whatsmyip.org and utrace.de

Still no one can connect to my Server.

Because i wasnt able to get it work I downloaded serverfiles for my Win 7 computer and set it up there. And on the Win 7 machine everything works fine allthough this computer does not even have a static IP.

My network is set up like this:
    ---Win XP
    Router----Switch<
    ---Win 7

Both machines share the same External IP and depend on the same router where I portforwarded the required ports.

I would really like to use the XP-Machine because i could downclock the system to have it run with really low noise.

I apologies if my problem is allready solved in the Forum, but every thread I found has failed on my problem(mostly portforwarding problems)

Thank you in advance for your help.

Edit: I hope you can understand my problem, Im having problems to explain it in english as it is not my native language.

After I started the Server I can join with the client on the XP-Machine via
    localhost port 9987.
I got myself Serveradmin with that token. and edited the name of the server.

No won't work tried that all night and i doesnt work now "Failed to connect"

Could the problem be, that both computers share the same external IP? I think if someone connects to this external IP 84.61.32.215 he may land on the Win7 Computer without the server?!

Its a complete new clean windows install. Antivir and teamspeak + firefox is everything installed.

I gave the computer the internal ip 192.168.2.10
ipconfig verifys that IP for the XP machine. In the routersetup i used the ending in 10 as internal port and the ts3 ports for portforwarding.

If screenshots of some of my settings would help you just tell me I can make some.

have a nice coffee and thanks for your effort

I still have that Problem. florian_fr40 verfiyd with teamviewer that my settings are made correct.(thanks again)

So if anyone has a different idea what i can do, i would be thankful.I tried to set up a Linux server on the machine, but again, only the local computers were able to connect. Could it be a hardware problem?

when you connect in local network (from the win7 machine) are you using the internal or external ip? you must use the internal ip for it to work.
