Sorry for being a noob but..

I rent a teamspeak 3 server from www.gameservers.com but they only allow me to change a couple of things.

Is there any providers, or any way I can have FULL control over a server? As long as it doesn't mean host it myself at home.

Any info is useful, thanks in advance!

Does that give you FULL control? Or is it limited like the one I currently have

I highly doubt you'll find a hoster that will give you full control. You pay for X number of slots and if you had full control you could change that to whatever you wanted. My clan uses Ultimate Game Server (http://ultimategameserver.com/) in the US and with only SA capability we can perform 85%-95% of all functions on our server on a daily basis. There are a few times we have to request things but not often.

As poisonpanik says, it's unlikely you're going to find a hoster that will give you full control of the server. If you're brave, do what I did. I host a 512 slot NPO licensed TS3 server & 2 FSHost servers on a Windows VPS costing $22.50 / month.

This gives you FULL CONTROL, but you need to know a bit about server management
