New server - no new permissions

So I asked my host to grant us the following permissions since we are playing catch up from several server updates.

i_group_auto_update
b_virtualserver_modify_icon_id (need permission added / grant 75)
i_max_icon_filesize - 8192 (need permission added / grant 75)
b_icon_manage (need permission added / grant 75)
i_client_modify_power (need permission added / grant 75)
i_client_needed_modify_power (need permission added / grant 75)
b_virtualserver_modify_reserved_slots (need permission added / grant 75)
b_client_use_reserved_slot (need permission added / grant 75)
i_channel_create_modify_with_codec_latency_factor_ min (need permission added / grant 75)
b_channel_modify_codec_latency_factor (need permission added / grant 75)

I told them if it was easier they could just create a new server and by default these permissions would be available to the SA group. They did this but none of these permissions became available. I have done the "new server" thing on my personal test server and this does work but for some reason when my host did this it didn't work. Anyone know why? My thought is that the template groups have not been updated but that's just a guess.

I'm agree with you, I see this problem with all hosters that I help who do not set the update group.....

Yeah, I have expressed to them that at a minimum I need the auto-update permission granted to us or we'll just keep falling farther behind

Just abandon your current hoster and use your private server
Or come to our server, we have current permissions (and an updated sheet)

LOL, I'd love to do either of those but since I am the lone wolf over here in Europe that isn't really an option. Our host has been great to us and I think it just comes down to them not having a clue about a lot of the TS3 stuff. My goal is to sort this out and let them know how they can fix the problem. I smell a few months free service!

New server as in new virtual server? That shouldn't fix the problem since the groups are copied from the template groups, which weren't update as well and need.
