You already said it. We are still in public beta stage.
This feature will be implemented, after the final has released.
Please don't ask for an release date.
Is there any workaround for IPv6 in TS3?
If not, i think this will be a big thing.

Not yet ... but in the near future. Servers are sells with only one ipv4 but with a 64bit ipv6 subnet, so the idea with seperate ipv6 is not far away. To wait to develop the ipv6 feature if no one has an ipv4 is to late![]()
PS: this thread is 2 years old
(and yes, i know it isnt easy to implment the ipv6)
While it may sound somewhat neat to have each TS3 Server (virtual) use a different IPv6 Address, this would require the ability for each virtual server in an instance to operate on a different IP Address, which currently is not possible either.
Or you'd need to start a new instance of TS3 Server for each virtual Server which would kinda suck...
PS: Me wants 64bit Subnet too :S
Some users are working with virtual machines on a host(as example: me runs 4 on one host, so i need at least 4 different v4 ips if ia want to host 4 or 5 full ts3)
Since there have 3 months passed now. I'd to ask if Teamspeaks IPv6 support is advancing? I would like it very much if you guys could deliver some good news. Thanks!
We will update this thread once there is new information available on this topic.
Hi!
I'm living in germany and many providers now support IPv6.
Some providers even only support IPv6 for new customers.
I've read in some forums now that many users of TS3 can't use it anymore, because thier provider only have IPv6 (or just a DSlite where you can't forward any port).
Adding IPv6 support to TS3 Server and Client should be on a high priority now.
Greetings.
