TS3 voices freeze in game
When I am on TS3 out of game, I have no problem. When I load Team Fortress 2, the voices of the players freeze up when they talk. If I hit the windows button and the game minimizes, I can hear everyone again. I also play Wolfenstein Enemy Territory and have no problem when playing it. I use Windows Vista Home Premium. Can someone help?

Sounds to me like it's a bandwidth issue.
