Just add a nickname ban like .*[Nn][Aa][gG][gG][eE][rR].* as a regular expression and no user can give him the nickname Nagger.

Hello, friends.
Tell me please, how can I enter a restriction on access to the server for users with banal nicknames like TeamSpeakUser? I looked through a lot of sources, I could not find anything (or I do not know how to search)

Create a ban rule (as regular expression) and put TeamSpeakUser.* into the name field and make sure the ban is permanent.
Now all users starting with name TeamSpeakUser will not be able to join or anyone can not rename to it.
