    Stopping and deleting a teamspeak 3 server

    We are trying to delete a server, but then you first need to stop the teamspeak 3 servers. Somehow I can't stop the server. It looks like a permission problem while I am using a ServerQuery by Putty. We tried the following things:

    serverstop sid=13
    error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=8738

    &

    use sid=13
    error id=0 msg=ok
    serverstop
    error id=1539 msg=parameter\snot\sfound
    serverstop sid=13
    error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=8738

    Also changing the server to 0 slots by using ServerQuery doesn't work.

    use sid=13
    error id=0 msg=ok
    serveredit virtualserver_maxclients=0
    error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=9009

    permid=8738 => b_virtualserver_stop
    permid=9009 => b_virtualserver_modify_maxclients

    Are you logged when you use the query command

    Code:
    login serveradmin <password>

    If I take a look at "Server Groups" all groups disappeared and there stands: 'No permissions to display in list'. In other virtual servers this doesn't occur.

    To view the permission list you must be have the permission or be in "Server admin" group.

    To view all group you must be in "Admin query group".

    So, what your server group ?

    *** EDIT ***
    What is your server version ?

    No, if you access the permission list when you dont have any permissions. You always see 3 groups: Server admins, Normal and Guest.
    It looks like these are deleted from that virtual server...

    3.0.0-beta25 [Build: 11421]

    Hello,

    What is your Server group?

    If you are Server admin you can see the permission list and Server group, but if you are not Server admin, you can't see the server group and permissions.

    Verify you Server Group.

    All groups have been deleted, all server groups. So how can you be an admin if the group doesn't exist anymore?
    This problem only occurs with this 1 virtual server...

    All other virtual servers are working normally, have Server Groups / Admin groups and there I can make myself admin by Keys and so on.

    well, all group same be deleted by error. Effectively your only solution is the query command. But you said you have a permission problem.

    So, check up your admin and guest query group permission directely in your database server.

    1 - In your database, go to "perm_server_group" table
    2 - Check up if the permissions (of you first port) are set for
    server_id = 0 and id1=2

    In your log server have you an error message or stange message ?

    Do you want me to open ts3server.sqlitedb if you say go to the database? Or do I need to check it by using Putty and ServerQuery?

    Yeah, somebody deleted those Server Groups and all channels inside this single virtual server. Is there a manner to fix this? Probably not?

    It's possible to login by Server Query with Putty like always before.
    There are multiple function that do work after logging in and some function that don't work.

    // Works //
    login
    serveridgetbyport virtualserver_port=
    use sid=
    serverinfo

    // Permission problem //
    tokenlist
    serverstop
    serverdelete
    serveredit

    So yes as I said previously
    set your permissions directly in your databas as I indicated re find the possibility to start or stop (for example) an virtual server

    Yes, I know you said that. But I don't understand exactly what you mean with "set your permissions directly in your database" or what steps I have to take.
    Anyway I don't want to do something wrong and ruin all the virtual teamspeak servers. On which safe manner is it possible to set those permissions in the database?
