Latest TS3 Server v3.1.0 Crashing in Windows Server 2012

Ok I decided to attempt to update my server today to the latest version 3.1.0 from 3.0.13.8 and didnt work, just kept crashing, so I started a fresh copy fresh server accepted license after clicking the .exe and it created license file then crashes will repeat over and over if you keep clicking it afterwards with no prompt for license file agreement just starts then crashes. So atm Im back on my old version untill there is a fix for this as I have done all the steps to get it to work regarding the license system and having no luck at all.

If anyone can help preferably a dev id be happy and this thread can serve as a guide if anyone else has this issue.

Now we have a "thumbs up„ situation.

I will forward this crash, when I'm back at office. The log is sadly useless.

For anyone with crashes after updating to server 3.1

    1. We identified a problem where server requires POPCNT (often part of SSE 4.1 or 4.2) instructions from your CPU. Older CPUs will run into this problem.
That should not be the case and we are working on a solution.
The next server version should fix this problem.

    ----- Original Post above -----

    Update 1
Server 3.1.1 beta was released today. This version includes a fix for older CPUs.

    Feedback would be nice.
Please post if your problem was fixed in thread [Discussion] TeamSpeak Server 3.1.1 Beta

    ----- Original Post below -----

Hold your eyes on https://forum.teamspeak.com/forums/91-Latest-News and you will be informed when that server was released.

    2. For anyone who updated from an really old version: Make sure you are using the binary ts3server.exe to start the server.
Delete the old ts3server_win64/32.exe to avoid problems in future.

I had a TS3 server up and running with no issues.
I found that it was outdated and wanted to update to the newest version.
I downloaded the new version and extracted it to the current TS3 folder (I now know, That was not the correct way to update)
Now I have multiple folders with _2 and it crashes every time I open it. I will be happy with just having it run again, I can reconfigure it later. I have attached the dump file in case it helps.
    Thanks in advance.
Update: I have purchased an new Dedicated Server with Windows 2012 R2 and downloaded the server program fresh.
Ran the program and agreed to the TOS and it crashed also... I then copied my licencekey into the folder and ran it again (Both times I used Run as Administrator) It crashed again... Why?
I have included the dmp and log files for inspection.

TS3 Windows Server NOT Running on Windows Server 2012 R2 Failing to Launch

I've ran so many different servers and various linux distributions with and without teamspeak 3 servers. I've NEVER run into this pgoblem before.. I have downloaded a new copy of Teamspeak 3 Server for Windows 64bit 3.1.0 and I've tried the 3bit...The exact same thing happens or the lack of something the process appears on task manager for one second then it closes...There isn't much else I can tell you other than my specs for my dedicated server.. What would be causing the failure to launch?

This is a link to my dedicated Server specs:

Is there anything in your log 0 or is there any crashdump?
I guess it's the same problem as https://forum.teamspeak.com/threads/...249#post455249

    Edit
Your CPU doesn't support PopCNT instructions.
This is something we have to fix in our server.

Please do not post more crashdumps in case you are using server 3.1 and your CPU is older than 8-10 years or has no SSE4.1 / SEE4.2 support.
Especially when PopCNT instructions are not supported by your CPU.

We try to release beta server in some days (no eta).
