[Fixed] Client Beta23 rights label mistake

Yeah, nice features with CC icon, Group Copy, Permission Help Window etc.
You even did the work to localize the permissions (dafür solltet Ihr ein Bienchen kriegen )

But there is also a little bug with the "new" permission style, see -> screenshot.
Shouldnt it read "Datei Transfer Passwort ignorieren" or something instead of the help description?

There is something wrong with rights label. there is right description instead of right name.

It should be "Zugriff auf Dateien ohne Channel Passwort"
