    Antiflood settings error

    Hi,
I had server version 25 for windows 32bit and I had this very same script on my web as it is there now (http://www.eas-clan.cz/). I had IP of that web in whitelist (nothing else) and all was working fine.

But I was unable to create a channel after update from earlier version, it seemed I lost some rights. After many tries to solve it, I decided to delete all the settings and start the server with clean sheet.

So I did so and from that moment, the web script didnt work, I managed to discover that even thought the IP was still in the whitelist, it suddenly needed something more rights (even though it was the same server version!). There was a user in the TS, which appeard to be the webscript, so I gave it rights and all was working again.

But after few days, I started to get antiflood errors with explanation that I am banned. I get these constantly and thats why I am writing here. What should I do about it? The IP is in the whitelist, the user has rights which it needs and it also has "Ignore anti-flood measurements" granted. If I go to the ban list, it says its empty. I have upgraded the server to version 27 now and it is still there.

I really dont know what to do about that, can someone give me an advice, please?

    Hello? Anybody here?

Why this part of forum is called Tech support since no support is provided here at all?

I sure did (several times) before I asked, but there are tons of posts about that and not one of them says something else than "add IP to whitelist"... Its true I didnt read them all, but there are litteraly dozens of pages about that and thats really not an option, to read all of them, since english is not my native language, obviously.

I used the "search" button once more and I really did everything what I found about that - whitelist and b_client_ingrore_antiflood, which I pointed out in the first post in this topic... what can I do next?

Have you checked your login data?
What user connects per script? Is it the Serveradmin given from start?
Or is it another account? What group did your new user had, when your created an new ServerQuery login?

It has no login... Well it has, but its just user as any regular user, which has the rights, its in no group. I dont want a webscript to have more rights, than it has to.

Unique identifier is "ServerQuery" instead of random symbols which has any other user...

I have now tried to get this user into the server admin group and then even to Server Admin Query group and even then it was getting banned for the same reason.. Interesting choice of default rights....
