Guests can kick users from server without permissions

Guests on any virtual server on my daemon can kick users from server without permissions set to do so. I've reset the server without success!

Set value for i_client_kick_power to 0 or -1?

Users can kick other users and server admins!

There is an issue on a server that I am an admin on, where people who don't have permission to kick players are able to kick players. Is there a reason for this?

    One of the following:
i_client_kick_from_server_power of the kicker >= i_client_needed_kick_from_server_power of the victim
i_client_kick_from_channel_power of the kicker >= i_client_needed_kick_from_channel_power of the victim

Check the permission overview and you should find out pretty soon where they get the permissions from and why they can kick each other.

PS: Note that (0 >= 0) is true

Users can kick other users and server admins!

Hi, I noticed that users can kick servers admin and other users. I tried to change the permissions to -1 and negative but it does not help.

This should have been posted under Permission System

At the users' server group, remove the i_client_kick_from_server_power permission and make sure their b_permission_modify_power_ignore permission is also removed.
At the server admin group, make sure the i_client_needed_kick_from_server_power is set to whatever value you desire (75 by default)

    That's not a bug.

You removed or missed to add a i_client_needed_kick_from_server_power and i_client_needed_kick_from_channel_power to shown group. This allows anyone to kick user from this group.

I said add. Removing them is the mistake here.

Add the permission with value 75 for needed kick from server and 50 for needed kick from channel.

Bug allows guests to privilege escalate?

Someone with no permissions was able to join my teamspeak server and kick me from it. When I rejoined, he had rebuilt the server permissions to give his friends admin permissions and revoke all existing ones. I am currently waiting on my friend who physically hosts the server to deal with it, but this seems like something that should be a huge issue...

Root Cause Analysis will be coming later....

Not a bug allows user to kick. Your permission setup allows this.
