Client doesn't close properly on Ubuntu 10.04

After closing the client on Ubuntu 10.04 the tray-icon won't disapear and the process isn't closing properly.

Killing the process with sigterm will close the process properly, so the process itself isn't crashed at all.

this behavior shows up irregularly, and happens with and without a server-connection.

I have a similar error where When I shutdown my ubuntu and teamspeak is still running it throws an internal error and prevents shutdown, the client still closes however. I am unsure where the error occurs however
