[Reguest] Play a Sound via Hotkey

Hello,

i am searching for a plugin that will play a sound when u press a Hotkey.

I.e. when u press on the numblock the number 5 or any other chosen hotkey on youre keyboard, a sound would be send to all people in youre channel.

So when any one in youre Channel is speaking about a weird thing you can play via the Hotkeys a sound such as the AkteX main theme to underline it.

That would be really funny to have

Any one know something about such a plugin or know how to make?
