[Suggestion] Country permissions

Hello,

Sometimes on the public servers, like the voice.teamspeak.com, the channels are specific to a country. But this is not always respected .

In the properties of clients, there is one that gives the 2 lettres, user's country.

Why not add an authorization to access channels according to the country, like: i_channel_join_restricted_country with the 2 letters for the value, or something like that.

And why not : b_channel_join_ignore_country
