As far as I know, this is client side and can't be done...
is your country of residence that big of a deal?

It is for some of the ppl using it. I think there should be some way to turn it off... obviously for the ppl with these privacy concerns, How would I make an inquiry about this?

There is no privacy problem with flags. The only, thing that others know now, is where you are from. You can't fool the users anymore, like many users tred on our public server.
