Client deactivates microphone after blocking access with Windows + L

Hey,
I have a pc as a radio bot playing the whole time in my teamspeak 3 server.
But if i block access to the user account with Windows + L the TeamSpeak Client deactivates the microphone. How to prevent this?

P. S. The soundcard is a virtual soundcard (Virtual Audio Cable). I am using the newest version of 32 bit ts3 client.

Do you have any hot keys setup? Do you have to use win+L to lock the computer or can you do it another way? This key combination does not do anything in my teamspeak.
