Private message

Hi Guys!

I have a question about the permission: Private Messaging
On our Teamspeak we've disabled private messaging from the Servergroup "Guest" to other servergroups, but private messaging from other Servergroups to Servergroup "Guest" is enabled.

Now came a Admin of my team to me and asks if it's possible that specific users can private messaging him and not the whole Servergroups.

Does anyone know how I can make this?

Hello

Just right click on this specific user and choose "permissions" => "Client permissions"

Now you can set the private messaging permissions just for him (the specific user).

The point is: if I change the value to a higher level of that specific user, he can private message that Admin, but also the other guys in that Servergroup where the Admin is in.

hum yes you're right.

Other way :
- whisper
- Create an new special server group that can be send/receive the private message

Too bad that you have to create a whole new servergroup for it
