Unhappy how make a dedicated server ts

Hi, I have a dedicated server with windows server, I installed the ts server but can not get the process to run as a service, the only way to run is to start the program when I log in but I need to run without being logged, and that is a dedicated server where I have hosted a website and I have physical access but do not know how to set the ts to keep it running when you turn the machine without starting assignment.

thanks for your help, really need it.

You see it on Windows only as a TrayIcon (no Console).

And it runs further if you disconnect the Remote Desctop.

I have an Windows Server too and all works fine.

man if you tell me how to have you run as a service without starting the assignment, you help me a lot, because I have to stay connected to the server to be able to communicate, if I close the assignment automatically tells me the server is off, and will not let me connect more.
    please help.
