    No panic.
If an server admin (or guest or other user type) create a login query, he can't delete your server.
By default this group haven't enought power for that.

When you create a query login, you have just the power of your server group.

    So, how to :

    - Open a shell dos (in windows : Start => Run and write "cmd" or more simple press key "window+R")
    - You obtain a black window, this a dos (shell) window
    - Now go on your server folder

    an example with me :
    Code:
    cd d:\teamspeak\server\beta-29
    - Now start your server with the query 52120 (for example) like written in the documentation (and in this forum)

    Code:
    ts3server_win32.exe query_port=52120
    that's all.

    ------------------------------

You can create a shortcut of the exe file to your desktop.
Open the properties of this shortcut and write the start command line.

    The server activity log.
You can find the error message that tells you where is the problem.

    2 ways :

    - TS3Client => Tools => Server log
    or
    - Go on your server folder and in the "log" folder and take the last in date.

Ok, you have an inconsistency in your database.

So, download an sqlite editor, for example SQLite Database Browser and edit your database (in your server folder it's ts3server.sqlitedb)

    - Go server_properties table
    - In this table search in the column "ident" :
    • virtualserver_default_channel_admin_group

    - Change the value on this line from "0" to "5" (the default channel admin group)

    - If this group doesn't exists, you must write an valid channel group to start your server

    - STart your server.

When you have find the virtualserver...... line, note the number in the server_id column and in the same line.

    Go on groups_channel table.
In this table you have the channel group list for each virtual server.

Choose the group_id that corresponds to the server ID.

And return to server_properties table and write this group_id number.

    Are you sure ?
Have you an other page for the following data ?

The clean solution would be to delete this server by query command

If you have Teamviewer send me PM to help you by remote.
