    This error message indicates that the 9988 port is already use (by teamspeak or another soft).
    Try with another port.

    Port 9988 wasn’t in use I did forward and check port 9988 and got the same message
    I changed the command line and port to 19988 and still get the same message

    Hum I have a doubt now

    So, please, to be clear could you use the the code tag ([ CODE]......[ /CODE] for the command that you use (only the command, not the server answer).

    If I understand your question correctly

    I inserted My server token and forwarded the port 12002 and inserted the port in 2 places
    Other then those changes I used the line from the server query pdf
