    [Dev] Teamspeak 3 Administration Tool Beta

    Hi all

    This thread is intended to give you the last infos about the project and be the support forum for it too.

    So here comes the infos :

    • Name : Teamspeak 3 Administration Tool Beta

    • Version : 0.0.1.31

    • Licence : Licence : GNU General Public License version 2 (GPLv2)

    • Official Teamspeak Addons link : http://addons.teamspeak.com/director...Tool-Beta.html

    • Official Project link : http://ts3admintool.codeplex.com/

    • Project Description :

      Teamspeak 3 Administration Tool is developed for Teamspeak 3 Administrators to manage their Teamspeak 3 server(s).

      This works for serveradmin query account and for simple SA (Server Admin) users.

      It's developed in C# and uses TS3QueryLib.Net (TeamSpeak 3 .Net Query Library) made by Scordo (http://ts3querylib.codeplex.com).

    • Known bug(s) :

      - The Disconnect button is not activated due to a problem with the use of the library [Working on it]

      - Some error handling have to be bettered [Mostly Done]

    • ToDo :

      - Add a message that confirms that the edition was successful [Done]

      - Implement the Server Creation part

      - Implement Token Management (Create/Delete/Manage)

      - Implement Permission Management (Create/Delete/Manage)

      - Design amelioration [Partially done, but has to be bettered]

      - Other...

    Note : As a SA user, if you want to edit the server without errors, you can simply click on a label (name) of a permission in the server edition window to disable the edition of the clicked perm. This will avoid the insufficient permission error and allow you to only edit the fields that you want. A video tutorial should come in the next week/month (depending of the time i have to do it).

    Feel free to report bug, suggestions here, and to rate/review the project on it's official Teamspeak Addons page (see link on the top of this post)

    If you want to participate in this project, feel free to contact me

    Thank you for respect the work of people who develop free tools for all of us.

    If you have a problem to use, it's better to ask a question instead declare this tool as bad.

    You will certainly get more help from the developer.

    I would try it out but cannot seem to get it to download. lol
    I click on one link it opens another page I click on that download link.
    It opens another page.
    Said something about could not verify something then wanted to install a plugin.
    Installed that and now it just opens a lil msg box about checking/verifing then just goes away and nothing happens.
    Just two google ads in middle of page.

    Can I get a direct link to the download file?

    Yes tried that a few times and it will not download.
    Think its because its .application maybe.
    Like: "Ts_Manager_Beta.application"

    Have no clue I can download other app from the site without issue.
    All other files I download are all with .zip or .rar or .exe

    Like: "TeamSpeak_3_Admin_1_0_0_4.zip"

    So that is my guess. lol

    the file you download is the right one.

    On what system are you ?

    Do you have at least those 2 prerequisit :

    * Windows 2000 (Not Tested) / XP / Vista / Seven
    * Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile (x86 & x64)

    (If you have .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 you should be able to lauch the file, and if .NET 4 client Profile is not installed it should lead you to install it)
