Skip Servergroup permission

hello everybody,

my situation:

i have a big server. on this server has a group rights [Oberhaupt] to kick and ban BUT they doesen't have rights to edit the channels.
The rights to edit channels i will use the channel group "[channel admin]". But when my testaccount have [oberhaupt] and [channel admin]. I cant edit the channel.
If I have only [channel admin] I can do it.
ahm can I skip some server group permissions?

[Oberhaupt] is a ChannelGroup or a ServerGroup ?
What permissions and values, you use to control Channel Edition? In both groups, [Oberhaupt] and [channel admin]

Oh sorry, i thought I write clearly.
Oberhaupt is a Servergroup, like (a little) Serveradmin (without channel permissions).
ChannelAdmin is the channelgroup with ability to edit one spezific channel.
I want to skip the channelpermissions in "Oberhaupt". Oberhaupt has only channelrights [in one channel] if it have ChannelAdmin.
