I have attempted that and the same error still occurs... I am stumped, I have tried everything.
Are you sure your NPL isn't still being used on the old host?
Check all the old hosts, the servers have been deprovisioned. It has also been months since this license was last used
Check all logs. Better yet, show all logs.
You only showed instance log, but the information you are looking for is in server logs.
I am posting the excerpts taken directly from the server logs folder on the dedicated box. The server marks the error and then a new log file is created that simply stops the server.
We don't need a crative remix of the log files.
We need THE log files.
Stop your server.
Delete all logs.
Start your server.
Read the logs.
If that did not shed any light, post the logs here. All of them.
Alright I did what you said and the logs are exactly the same, only two files were produced:

Same as posted above, these are the complete log files, after that the server will not start unless the license key is removed and server is restartedCode:2014-07-25 05:34:57.479779|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| listening on 0.0.0.0:9987 2014-07-25 05:34:58.272883|INFO |VirtualServerBase| 1| stopped
I havn't tried that, yet. But is it possible to configure the virtual server 1 with 550 slots running a NPL?! This would indeed result in only one virtual server trying to be started which then of course will immediately shutdown because of to many slots...![]()
I have taken a look at the slots and they are set to 32 on start up this still causes an immediate shutdown.
To ensure this I used telnet and on sid=0 set max slots to 32 and sid=1 -virtual set max slots to 32, and tried again.
Same issue.
Two possible answers.
1. Server did not unregister at the accounting server. Wait 2-3 hours then try again.
2. A server with the same license is running elsewhere. Shutdown that other server.
Once again, I have tried the shut the server off and wait three times now, and the license has not been in use since March.. There are no other servers running.
Still encountering this issue can anyone please help!

Still encountering this issue, I have read a lot of the other threads and still can't find a solution. Can anyone help
No, we can't everything was said.
Have you tried running the server with 32 slots but without the license file?
If it still doesn't work then your configuration might just be incorrect.
Hi,
Recently I received a NPL, I'm trying to use it on my server but I keep receiving this error.
I really tried everything, I've been looking all over the forums but I didn't find anything that could actually help me to figure out the problem.
I'm willing to install a whole new VPS because of that.
Anything I can do?
Thanks
Edit: I just tried to install a new teamspeak server on a windows VPS, Started the server with the same licensekey and I received the same error.
Without the licensekey the server started correctly.
