    Send Offline Message To All

    I'll take the time to also suggest another feature, the permission to Send an Offline Message to "all", basically all your contacts.

    I don't like this idea. Could be abused to send spam.

    Yes, it would require a permission and would be enabled to Server admins by default only.

    In nearly all cases, not all contacts you try to send a message have ever connected to the srver.

    I don't like this feature eather. You want to inform your user about an event? Create a channel with the message in channel description.
