I made a server group and granted to my friend but he doesnt get icon after his name?

So recently I made a server group and granted to my friend but he doesnt get icon after his name like where do I arrange the icon that shows beside the name. Like I am server Admin so it shows "S" but his doesnt show any icon.. how do I put an icon ?

My friend can't make any channels.. this error comes:

insufficient client permissions (failed on i_channel_create_modify_with_codec_latency_factor_ min)

How do I fix that?
