Enter the license and the server cannot connect

I got the license and follow the instructions:

TO ACTIVATE YOUR LICENSE:
1) Place the attached licensekey.dat file on the root directory of your TeamSpeak 3 Server installation folder.
2) STOP AND RESTART the TeamSpeak 3 Server master binary (exe) process.

When I start it shows that logs.

Hello

Like you can see in the server log, this is not a license bug. There seems you have a DNS problem, or the port 2008 is not opened.
Can you ping accounting.teamspeak.com (for test).
