at the start of Team Speak restart

When I start the Teamspeak 3 makes my PC reboot. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. But the problem remains the same.
Who can help. Sorry for my bad english but I'm German.

It is Teamspeak 3, and already at the start so if I click the icon I get the boot. So I can not make any adjustments
