User Total Visits

Hi Folks,

if one looks into "Permissions->Show all clients" or in the client table of the DB, you can see how often an user has connected to that server.
This ok, but sometimes the total visits of users is 0, how come this?
When an user connects first to a server, shouldnt it be at least 1?

This is only for the query user that you have this result ?

It would be normal if it were only query users like TSViewer, but mostly there are regular users.
Sorry, cant send a screenshot or something, since such are deleted regularly.
